Challenge

Building Pomelo’s new website meant creating a platform capable of evolving at the same pace as the company. As the leading fintech in LatAm for card issuing and processing, every new product, market or communication need previously required rebuilding the site, which couldn’t keep up with growth. The challenge was to design a scalable website that could adapt continuously without needing constant redevelopment.

Strategic Solution

We built a modular, fully self-managed platform designed to give Pomelo long-term autonomy, allowing their team to create, edit and scale content without relying on development. The experience balances innovation and institutional solidity, and the project was led end to end, Discovery, UX/UI, Illustration, Development and QA, through an agile, iterative process aligned with strategy, design and performance.

Results

The result is a robust, flexible platform built for continuous growth. While transforming the architecture into a modular, fully self-managed system, we improved performance, achieving a perfect SEO score of 100 and increasing accessibility from 91 to 97 across desktop and mobile. Pomelo now has a scalable platform that supports its leadership and adapts in real time.
